01 // ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for, accessing, or attending the AI-Sec Global Summit 2026 (the "Summit"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), in addition to any supplemental policies published by BuildTek Events ("Organizer").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Summit.

02 // EVENT DESCRIPTION

AI-Sec Global Summit 2026 is a virtual cybersecurity summit organized by BuildTek Events, scheduled for 18 November 2026, 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM ET.

• Format: 100% Virtual / Online
• Platform: Disclosed to registered delegates via confirmation email prior to the event
• Capacity: Strictly capped at 200 delegates
• Organizer: BuildTek Events — info@buildtek.in — buildtek.in

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, session topics, and format at any time. Registered delegates will be notified of material changes via email.

03 // REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

Registration is open to qualified cybersecurity professionals, security researchers, technology executives, and enterprise decision-makers. By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering for professional purposes.
• Your registration is for your individual use only and is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer.

04 // PASS TYPES & PRICING

• Standard Virtual Pass — FREE
  Full access to all live sessions, Q&A, 30-day on-demand replay, and a Digital Certificate of Attendance (6 CPE credits). Available to qualified security practitioners, architects, engineers, and researchers.
• Executive CISO Pass — USD $49
  All Standard Pass benefits, plus exclusive access to the Private CISO Roundtable (limited to 50+ CISOs), executive peer networking, and the AI Threat Matrix 2026 research report. Reserved for CISOs, VPs of Security, Directors, and C-Suite security executives.

Pricing is in US Dollars (USD). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

05 // PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Standard Virtual Pass (Free): No payment required. No refund policy applicable.

Executive CISO Pass ($49 USD):

• Full Refund: Cancellation requests submitted more than 14 days before the event (before 4 November 2026) are eligible for a full refund.
• No Refund: Cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. A name transfer to a colleague within the same organization may be arranged upon written request.
• Organizer Cancellation: A full refund will be issued within 14 business days, or delegates may transfer to a rescheduled date.

All refund requests must be emailed to info@buildtek.in with subject: "AI-Sec 2026 — Refund Request".

06 // CODE OF CONDUCT

All delegates, speakers, sponsors, and staff must maintain a professional and respectful environment. The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct of any kind toward any participant.
• Sharing proprietary information disclosed during closed-door sessions (including the CISO Roundtable) without explicit consent.
• Recording sessions without the Organizer's written permission.
• Any attempt to disrupt or compromise the event platform or technology infrastructure.
• Misrepresentation of professional credentials during registration.

The Organizer's decision regarding Code of Conduct violations is final.

07 // CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All summit content — presentations, recordings, research reports, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of BuildTek Events or the respective speaker/partner and is protected by copyright law.

• Delegates may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any summit content without prior written consent.
• Speaker presentations shared with delegates are for personal reference only.
• The AI-Sec Global Summit name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of BuildTek Events. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

08 // RECORDING & ON-DEMAND ACCESS

Main stage sessions will be recorded and made available to all registered delegates for 30 days post-event via a secure link sent to the registered email.

The Private CISO Roundtable is NOT recorded to ensure confidentiality and candid executive dialogue.

Delegates must not independently record any session without explicit prior written consent from the Organizer.

09 // PRIVACY & DATA USE

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (name, email, job title, organization) by BuildTek Events for:

• Processing your registration and communicating event details.
• Issuing your Certificate of Attendance and CPE credits.
• Post-event communications such as session recordings and reports (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• Sharing your organization name (not personal contact details) with sponsors for aggregate audience reporting.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. To request data deletion, contact info@buildtek.in.

10 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildTek Events shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or applicability of speaker content or research shared at the Summit.
• Any business decisions made based on information shared at the Summit.

11 // EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

BuildTek Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the Summit due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, government restrictions, or platform failures.

Delegates will be notified by email. Executive CISO Pass holders will receive a full refund or may transfer to a rescheduled date. Standard Pass holders will be automatically re-registered for the rescheduled event.

12 // GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
